HybridFit

Is a supportive and inclusive community where individuals of all backgrounds come together to challenge themselves and cheer each other on. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you'll find modifications and scaling options to suit your abilities. It's all about embracing the journey and working towards your personal best.

Weightlifting

Weightlifting class is all about learning and perfecting Olympic lifts. You'll focus on exercises like the snatch and clean & jerk to improve strength, power, and technique. It's a great way to take the extra time required to perfect these lifts.

Open gym

Open gym is a chance for you to come in and create your own workout, maybe you want to work on a specific movement or learn a new skill without the time pressure of a full class. there will always be a coach there to help guide you toward whatever your goal/s may be.

WomensFit

We understand that the gym can be an intimidating class to walk into, especially for women who are just starting their fitness journey, or mums who are trying to find their feet in the gym again. WomensFit steers away from high-skill gymnastics and Olympic lifting, and focuses more on simply getting a good sweat on!

TweenFit

TweenFit is a modified workout for 10-14-year-olds, it’s all about making fitness fun and engaging. It includes age-appropriate exercises and activities that focus on building strength, coordination, and endurance. It's a great way for kids to stay active, learn new skills, and have a blast while doing it!

TeenFit

TeenFit is a class where teenagers (aged 14-17) can be introduced to strength and conditioning training, tailored specifically to their age group. Our program focuses on weight-based training and cardio, empowering them with skills that will benefit them well into adulthood.
